Around 5:30 p.m. just after a light rain shower, I headed down to the Oxbow
to see what the warming weather brought in. It was a beautiful late afternoon

bins). Here's my list:

GREAT EGRET (2)
Green Heron (1)
Canada Goose
Trumpeter Swan #960
Wood Duck (5 pairs)
Bald Eagle
American Coot (~50)
Greater Yellowlegs (4)
Common Snipe
CASPIAN TERNS (~12)
Belted Kingfisher
Red-bellied Woodpecker
Blue Jay
Northern Rough-winged Swallow
Tufted Titmouse
White-breasted Nuthatch
American Robin
Northern Cardinal
Red-winged Blackbird
RUSTY BLACKBIRDS (4)

Mammals:
Racoon
Beaver (2)
