While out between squalls today a juvenile Red-necked Grebe in early summer plumage was spotted in Lake Conoy (Point Lookout Creek) just off the piers at the Boat Launch Facility. I will make an attempt to re-locate Monday morning at daybreak and will post if re-located. Good Birding
