Fri. 4/13 Highlights at Hughes Hollow (6:30-7:30pm):

Wilson's Snipe (several)

Osprey(1)

Blue-winged Teal(6)

Red-headed woodpecker (2)

A. Coots(16)

Cooper's Hawk(1)

Great Egrets(2)

Ring-necked Ducks(3)

American Bittern(1)

Sunday, 4/15Highlight at Hughes Hollow after the rain let up

Blue-winged Teal(4)

A. Coots (13)

Ring-necked Ducks (3)

Sora (2)

Common Moorhen(1)

Wilson's Snipe(3)

The last 2 species were in the large impoundment on the left: beyond the
right of the island and further back in the brown grassy/reedy vegetation on
that has some silt below it. You definitely need a scope to observe them.
(The place that the Bittern was seen on Friday was underwater on Sunday).
