Sorry, from the Greenbridge Rd. entrance on the Montgomery County side, 
there is a trail that goes through the woods to the north(?), when you reach 
the resevoir the is an exposed pipeline. This is where most all of the 
shorebirds are reported from when the water is low. Judging from the ADC 
Montgomery Couty map 16 the bird was roughly in the 4K block. Hope this 
clears it up.
