After a whole winter w/o any Red-br Nuthatches, one put in a brief
appearance in the yard y'day. Also arriving late were FOY Pine Warbler
and Myrtle Warbler, and Laughing Gull, Broad-wing Hawk, and Chimney
Swift fly-overs.

Also rather late today was a Y-b Sapsucker - not sucking sap but eating
crab-apple buds, and FOY Blue-gr Gnatcatcher - presumably catching gnats.

A search for the Painted Bunting found Thursday outside the County Adm
Bldg failed to re-locate the bird.
