Finally! I had a batch of warblers and other goodies at Milford Mill
Park (Baltimore Co), many of which were First of the Year (*) for me.
There was one of each unless otherwise indicated:

White-eyed Vireo* (heard only)
Blue-headed Vireo* - one at home too
Ruby-crowned Kinglet - many, singing a lot
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher - many, many
Wood Thrush*
Northern Parula* (heard only)
Yellow-rumped Warbler - ~20
Black-throated Green Warbler* (heard only)
Prairie Warbler* (heard only) - unusual there
Black-and-white Warbler* (FOY, not counting one on the Eastern Shore
about 10 days ago)
Also:
Downy Woodpecker - many, very active
Pileated Woodpecker - one, not often seen there

There was a very large fallen tree making passage on the upper part of
the loop rather difficult, requiring either doing the limbo very low or
plowing through thick brush to get around it (my option - this body
doesn't limbo!). Another large fallen tree was recently sawn out of the
way, so hopefully this one will be removed shortly. Most activity was on
the streamside part of the loop.
