Hello All,

Earlier today while stopped in traffic heading northbound on the GW Parkway, I had just enough time to get the bins up to note a Red-necked Grebe immediately offshore from the area south of the exit toward Rte 50 westbound (south of Memorial Bridge).  In this area, the highway is quite close to the water's edge.
