A one hour stop at the covered bridge in Fair Hill Produced some good year
birds for me. Green Heron, Eastern Kingbird, tons of Blue-gray Gnatcatchers,
Warbling Vireo, Black and White Warbler, La Waterthrush, Yellow-breasted
Chat, Orchard Oriole.

On another note, My friend Bob Pinkerton had his first Whip poor Will last night
in Elk Neck State Forest.
I had some Broad winged Hawks calling on Saturday when I stopped in for a
few minutes in the same area. Also, I had my first Black and White Warbler of
the year there lots of Pine Warblers, and many Hermit Thrushes.
