This morning I was able to do some birding around Warrior Mtn WMA and the
C&O Canal south of Cumberland. Here are some of the notables between 6:30
and 9:30.

C&O Canal - North Branch
Double-crested Cormorant
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH - 1 singing
SOLITARY SANDPIPER - 4 on the Tarps
YELLOW-THROATED VIREO - 1 singing
Blue-headed Vireo

C&O Canal - Spring Gap
YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER -1 singing male
LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH - 1 singing
