Eurasian Collared-Dove in Harford County

  Jim Stasz found a Eurasian Collared-Dove on Lapidum Rd this morning around 7am. It flew off into the River Hills Community. It was on the wire between Foley and Morrison Rds. Jim said he would post more details tomorrow.
