Nothing unusual but some of the regular migrant shorebirds are starting 
to pass through the county.

On 4/25 the small pond within the Germantown Soccerplex held:
Greater Yellowlegs 1
Lesser Yellowlegs 1
Solitary Sandpiper 1
Spotted Sandpiper 2
Killdeer 2

Today, 4/26 Lake Needwood (off Lake Needwood Rd) held
Lesser Yellowlegs 1
Solitary Sandpiper 3
Spotted Sandpiper 7
Killdeer 1

Water level at Lake Needwood is still down. They must still be working 
on dam.  There are good mudflats both below and above of Lake Needwood 
Rd.  Maybe something nice will drop in over next few weeks.
