Highlights this morning at Schoolhouse Pond included a singing Swainson's
Thrush near the creek behind the pond and a singing Warbling Vireo in the
trees between the pond and the adjacent townhouse offices. Other migrants
or recent arrivals included a vocal Yellow-throated Vireo, several Blackpoll
Warblers, several Indigo Buntings singing from different locations around the
pond, and a group of 11 flyover Double Crested Cormorants.
