Jim Peters just called from Fort McHenry to report the Western Kingbird has returned and is in the sycamores near the sea wall. It was spotted by Lou Neilson at 8:00 a.m. Jim will make this the first target bird on Wednesday evening.

Other sightings this morning include: Great Egret, Green Heron, and four Red Fox kits.
