I'm not sure if you're referring to the Kentucky in the woods between the Yard and the stables. It was singing a song where the second half dropped in pitch. This change made it a bit like a Mourning but it didn't have the rollicking quality and variation that species has. I listened to it at close range (but alas saw it not only poorly) and am pretty confident it was a Kentucky.

A few warblers to add to Clive's list, seen/heard by myself
and/or others: Northern Parula, Blackburnian, Black-throated
Blue, Black-and-white, Hooded. There was some question as
to whether one of the Kentuckys sounded more like Mourning,
but nothing definitive. Also, a Common Nighthawk was seen
at the equitation field.

Here are my personal observations:

Notes: Mostly clear/sunny, cool, calm. May have seen
