Raptor Observations:  An adult Mississippi Kite at 10 am;  finally a day of southwest winds and
the raptors responded; daily record for Bald Eagles:  2 juveniles, 11
immatures, 2 adults

Non-raptor Observations:  Willet, Common Nighthawk (3)

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD.  Best
winds are from the southwest.
