I heard a singing Yellow-breasted Chat at my workplace
in Bethesda (Montgomery Co.) this morning.  I haven't
heard it before so I guess it is a late migrant.

It is possible that it has been around for a while but
I've missed it.  Even if it's a potential breeder,
that's probably significant since this location is
just outside the Beltway.

Blackpolls have been singing there for a couple of
weeks.
