My wife and I went to Antietam Battlefield to look for the Dickcissels Elliot 
Kirschbaum found back on Memorial Day (thanks Elliot!). We had very good 
looks at one singing male perched on the wires along Dunker Church Road just 
south of Mansfield Ave and east of Route 65. We didn't find a second bird.  
Also found a male Prothonotary Warbler along the C&O Canal just south of the 
Rte 34 bridge to Shepherdstown.
