Visited Truitt's (Worcester) after doing a rather uneventful BBS route this am (Newark). Still shorebirds and others:
Willet-5
Semipalmated Sandpiper-22
White-rumped Sandpiper-3
Killdeer-2
Semipalmated Plover-1
Spotted Sandpiper-1
Virginia Rail-4
King Rail-1 (first time I have heard since late-March, south of road, way to the west up cove)
Common Moorhen-1 (had one here last week, in cattails N of road, vocal)
Least Bittern-1 (calling softly from same area as moorhen, possibly 2)
Black Skimmer-5 (on flats and feeding S of road, first I have seen this sping on WC, hope the )
