Jim,
	Yes, they will sing that song quite often.  And it is much more appealing than 'tic-tic-buzz'.  It reminds me of Winter Wren's boisterous song.

I was listening to a Grasshopper Sparrow last evening.  It did its 'tic-tic 
tzeeee' several times and then after one repetition it broke into a bright 
bubbly song that was a bit prolonged.  I have heard this once or twice 
before.  Is this common for the Grasshooper sparrow?
