MD Osprey:

Just got back from seeing the ducks at the previously posted location.

Unfortunately, they took flight at 8:51 pm, just as darkness was 
setting in. Unfortunately neither Hans Holbrook nor I saw which way 
they flew ... we were busy directing in Stan Arnold and Elaine, just 
so they could missed the birds by less than a minute (!!!)

Both halluces (I had to look that one up!) on both birds looked 
natural/normal and the birds seemed appropriately wary.

There are other ponds in the area, it's probably worth checking them 
in the morning.

I'll post some more information later this evening.
