Hi all,
I went out to bird around Garrett this afternoon. I decided to bike along
Russell Road to see what was around, it was a nice leisurely ride down the
hill, but coming back up was another story! I was rewarded with great looks
at a first summer male Blue Grosbeak singing and flying around in the Autumn
Olive! I also had some really nice looks at Grasshopper and Vesper Sparrows.
Here is a list of some of the highlights-

Russell Road-
BLUE GROSBEAK
Vesper Sparrow
Grasshopper Sparrow
Henslow's Sparrow
American Kestrel
Northern Mockingbird
Brown Thrasher
Hooded Warbler
Black-and-white Warbler
Chestnut-sided Warbler

Good Birding!
