Hi, 

Paul Pisano called me from the field to say that there
is a singing Grasshopper Sparrow at Kenilworth Park,
in northeast DC.  If I recall correctly, this is the
first time since 2001 that there has been a singing
Grasshopper Sparrow in DC.  

I'm sure he will post more of his sightings later.  

If anybody had singing Groppers during the 2002-2006
(Breeding Bird Atlas period), please let me know so I
can update the database.
