I had my first Sharp-shinned Hawk of the season this morning. It flew over
I-70 just west of exit 35 in Washington County. I also had a Raven fly over
I-70 just west of South Mountain this morning. I have seen a group of four a
number of times in the last week, they have been along a major powerline
just south of Hagerstown on Rt. 65. My nighthawk count ended up at 22 last
night, the last two came by around 8:15.
