The Upland and the Buffie were still there at 3 pm. I just left the Polo grounds. A group of five of us were able to see both very well.

However, they were setting up for a polo match and trucks and people were starting to drive out onto the field. It is not likely they were stay aound much longer this afternoon.

Hi all,

This morning I observed the Buff-breasted Sandpiper at the Hughes Rd Polo Field and want to thank Lydia Schnindler for pointing it out. We got good looks at it.
I would have missed it; Robin-sized, and walks, bobs head like pigeon.
It had nice buff/warm brown chest. The killdeer were all around. An Upland sandpiper and horned larks rounded out a nice morning.
