Red Breasted Nuthatches seem to busting out all over .  Sunday 
eveing   I was sitting  on my couch reading a magazine  when some movement  
out of the corner of my eye drew my attention to the  window overlooking my 
in the ground birdbath  in the backyard .  A small bird was perched on the 
truck of a nearby Sweet  Gum tree .   Thinking  White Breasted Nuthatch  I 
had had seen one  earlier that afternoon  in the yard .   The small bird  
flew to a dead tree branch stuck in the  ground  overhanging the bird pool . 
  Its there I realizied it was a Red Breasted Nuthatch  my first of  2007.   
  It was eyeing  the water below  . I made  a  dash for my Camera  in the 
next room  but upon returning the bird was gone .  I  will be keeping my 
eyes peeled for it again .
