I visited Central Sod Farms at 10:00 this morning to see if any of the
shorebirds had returned.  The best ones were not present.  Only birds
present in the brown-grass field were nine Horned Larks and four Killdeer.
    It was fun while it lasted!  Perhaps more will stop in if there is
another nice rain storm pretty soon.
