I spent the morning (7:40 to 11:20) birding the Kingsley Trail at
Little Bennett RP in Montgomery County. Highlights included
the following:

Yellow-billed Cuckoo - 1
White-eyed Vireo - 1
Yellow-throated Vireo - 2
Red-eyed Vireo - many
VEERY - 1
Gray Catbird - several
Brown Thrasher - 1
Cedar Waxwing - 2
Chestnut-sided Warbler - 3
Magnolia Warbler - 1
Black-throated Green Warbler - 2
Blackburnian Warbler - 2 or 3
Pine Warbler - 1 singing near the parking lot
Bay-breasted Warbler - 1
Black-and-White Warbler - 1 or 2
American Redstart - 1
Canada Warbler - 1

A nine-warbler day is definitely a personal best for me (for fall
warblering). Afterwards I thought about going down to
Poolesville and the Hughes Road area to see if I was missing
anything - but I didn't, and I am!
