Hi all. Sorry for the late post. My wife has me cleaning and painting everything.
Yesterday for me in the morning was real slow. Had some of the normal
warblers passing thru on out to the point and I ended up with a couple nice
ones on the way back to the truck.
After I left the Point and the Hawk watch that had no Hawks, I ran into a
Cape May Warbler for the second time this season, that was a nice treat and
a Red headed Woodpecker was flying around the first field and or the last field
if you are leaving. Almost o empids. I can't wait for this next front. I did have
2 Pewees, Blackburian, Black th. Green, Black and White, Yellowstart,
Magnolia, Chestnut sided Warblers, Lots of White-eyed and Red-eyed Vireos,
good numbers of Blue Gray Gnatcatchers still, good numbers of Red-breasted
Nuthatch, tons of Chimney Swifts.
