Hi Everybody,

The Kent County Bird Club's Fall Bird Count will take place this 
Saturday, 15 September from dawn to dusk. We had originally scheduled 
this count for 16 September to avoid any potential conflict with 
hunters, but we got an offer we could not refuse from Stan Arnold. If 
you want to bird with Nancy and I in southwest and west-central Kent 
County let us know so we can arrange a meeting place (contact info is 
below in our signature block). Stan and Elaine Arnold will be covering 
eastern Kent County including Millington Wildlife Management Area and 
Golts. There is still plenty of room for more parties: we could use more 
thorough coverage of the necks southwest of Chestertown; the Still Pond, 
Betterton and Turner's Creek areas currently need a team, and on it 
goes. We could also use an owling and rail crew. Party leaders must keep 
track of their time and mileage afield including breakdown for time and 
distance by foot and car, there is no participation fee.
