Paul Moess and I left Andy Martin's OS FC at 5:44 PM, still in the dead part
at the top of the live Black Locust tree as Andy described.

The Woodstock Equestrian Park is approximately 19 miles west of Rockville on
Route 28. The Dr. Rickman entrance is .9 miles from the corner of
Bealsville Road and Darnestown Road, Route 28. Its a right turn.

While one can see this bird with binocs, a scope is recommended. The best
spot for either in the PM is along a horse trail that comes into the parking
lot in the SE corner and wanders south and west. From a vantage there, one
has the sun to one's back, so a good view is possible.
