I got a call from Ray Kiddy who got a call from Jim Green about a
Buff-breasted Sandpiper at North Branch this afternoon.

I arrived around 2:30 to find Jim and Ray watching the bird. Also
present was a Stilt Sandpiper that Ray had called about earlier.
I didn't stay long enough to count all the other Solitary Sands, Least
Sands, Pectoral Sands, Killdeer etc.and I didn't want to steal anyones
thunder but I did want to get the news out in case anyone else was
interested in seeing the Buff-breasted Sandpiper. It was a new county
bird for me (I think that counts as #243 for Allegany).
