Dear All

I just spoke to Frank Hawkins who saw an Anhinga from his house near 
Fletcher's Boat Yard last night.  I appeared to come up from the river, then 
circled up fairly high and drifted off southward.  

Being a rookie Brit like me, he didn't realise that this is an uncommon bird in DC 
until this morning and so asked me to post to the list.  He wil submit a 
description.
