Hi All. Thanks so much for everyone's in put. The 99% general consensus has been Yellow-bellied Flycatcher. Most explanations of what the photos are showing have come back the same. Including the last photo of a bird photographed earlier in the month.
The primary field marks being noted the most are the birds shape including its head, throat color, the primary extensions, bill size shape and color, eye ring, and tail length. All of these field marks are mentioned very well in Kaufmann's as well. Which I do have and did use for this bird, but I wanted others opinions as well, so thanks everyone for your help. I am not real good with Flycatchers or I should say Empids and I wanted to be careful with this one.
