This afternoon at Liberty Lake with Debbie Terry I checked the upper end of the lake for shorebirds. The lake continues to recede and the shorebirds are now a mile or more south of the Route 140 bridge. The Beaver Run section of the lake may now be getting some of the birds and I may check that tomorrow.
