Hi Folks!

I agree completely with all of George's issues.  I would add that the rules 
suggest that all photos submitted, not just those selected for the Atlas 
publication, will become eligble for any other use that JHU Press or MOS desire.  

Based upon the published rules, I do not intend to submit any photos.
