Hello,  this is my first time posting a question and asking for an id confirmation.
I hope I am not out of line in asking for an id help. 

First, during an early morning walk I saw an Osprey dive for a fish and then 
land in a tree. When do the Osprey migrate south? Is the warm weather 
keeping them here longer?

Second, I would like help id-ing a bird I saw along the shore of the Prettyboy 
reservoir. I thought it could be a Yellowlegs. At the same time, I there were 
Killdeer and maybe Solitary Sandpipers. I am attaching (not professional 
quality) pictures but hopefully good enough for an id.

Since this is my first time posting, I hope the pictures work. Thanks for any 
help.
