Unless Steve Huy and his band of merry saw-whet banders are at it again on
"our" mountain out back, I just heard a Northern Saw-whet owl calling.  Also
heard Great Horned owl and Eastern Screech owl.  Not too shabby to have
three owl species calling while I enjoy my morning coffee (we take the MARC
train to work in DC so all mornings are this early) on the back porch.
