A brief but difficult (gate closed; access thru muddy work area) visit
to K'worth Park revealed a flock of ~20 Savannah Sparrows along with 2-3
White-crowned's - all imm. The Green-w Teal reported last Sat. were down
to a single female.

The Aquatic Gardens also hosted sev White-crowns (unusual there),
besides a Gr Egret, a dozen Flickers, and many Myrtle Warblers (~50). A
search thru the hundreds of R-w Blackbirds found none Rusty (despite the
rain), but in the muddy edge of the ponds nearest the entrance trail
there did forage a single Rusty - in contrast now to the flocks of yore.
In order,

Mallard 20
Wood Duck 2
Gr-w Teal 1
Gr Egret 1
G B Heron 2
Killdeer 4
R-b Gull 4
B Kingfisher 1
N Flicker 10-12
Y-r Warbler 50
Song Sparrow 25
WH-CR SPARROW 5
Wh thr Sp 4
SAVANNAH SPARROW 20
RUSTY BLACKBIRD 1
House Finch 25
