Hi Chris,
   It strikes me that with 2500 Laughing Gulls, there is a good
probability of a Franklin's Gull in the group.

Greetings,

While seeing Laughing Gulls on Cecil County waters is not uncommon -
especially in the Autumn, I was taken back this morning, when I counted 
approx 2500 Laughing Gulls (mostly adult) on the grassy field next the
North 
East West Marine Store (near Route 40 at McDonalds).  I was able to pick
out 
only one juvenile Laughing Gull in the lot as well as 15 juvenile
Ring-billed Gulls.
