I made a stop at Cranberry Reservoir near Westminster today:

CACKLING GOOSE 1, with a prominent white half ring at the bottom of the neck contrasting with the black neck and dark gray breast (same color as the back). Could be subspecies minima or leucopareia but I don't know if this plumage can occur in hutchinsii.
Canada Goose 800
Green-winged Teal 1
Lesser Scaup 3, two females and one immature male
Bufflehead 2 females
Hooded Merganser 1 male
Ruddy Duck 25
Great Blue Heron 1
BALD EAGLE 1 adult, flew in and landed on the island that has formed in the receding lake.
Ring-billed Gull 12
