Hi Everyone, 

This morning i was doing some birding by car before work in Annapolis. A 
wooded area ive been birding off Bestgate rd. I had to get out of my car to go 
check out a little flock of small birds along the edge of the woods. I was 
surprised by a nice variety . 

Bird list in order of most to least 

American Goldfinch 
House finch 
Blue jay 
Eastern bluebird
Carolina chickadee
Red shouldered  hawk   ( two locals lurking in the trees ) 
Downy woodpecker 3
Red bellied woodpecker
Northern flicker
Pileated woodpecker    ( heard calling from the woods .... Seen yesterday )
Redbreasted nuthatch  (working the pine tree )
Tufted titmouse
Carolina wren
Song sparrow 
Darkeyed junco
