Today my dad and I went back to Rumbly Point to check on the Short eared Owl
that we saw yesterday.
When we got there we saw two Short eared Owls chasing a pair of Northern
Harriers. Both diving with talons drown at the large hawks, they drove the
Harriers away then went back to hunting. I noticed that one seemed to be darker
brown then the other and the size differed, that must mean that there a pair. I
hope that its a nesting pair.
