Birds of note:

yellow Palm Warbler & Yellow-rumped Warbler, one of each.
immature Red-shouldered Hawk, flying low, calling & perching
Bald Eagle towards Loch Raven

And for a bang-up finish while heading back to the parking lot:

Two Northern Harriers, both below the treeline, one cruising as if
hunting, just high enough to clear the deer-netted enclosure just above
the hawk watch.
