Gwen Brewer and I are leading a half-day fieldtrip for the Montgomery Bird Club on Saturday, December 1.  The purpose is to look for waterfowl and other birds of the season in southern Maryland.  The trip is a reservations only and limited to twelve people.  First come, first serve.  

Reservations via internet only.  If you want to attend please email me @   No telephone calls reservations unless you are willing to donate $100 to the American Bird Conservancy please.   

The meeting location is the Metro bus park & ride in Accokeek, Maryland next to the Accokeek library at 8 AM.  This location is about 10 miles south of beltway (Rt. 495) just off Indian Head Highway (Rt. 210).  Turn left at the Exxon station onto Livingston Road and go about 1/4 mile to the parking lot on the left.  Livingston Rd. intersects Rt. 210 several times between Rt. 495 and Accokeek.  Go the full 10 miles down Rt. 210 before turning left.  

We will bird in Prince George's or Charles County, depending on where birds are.  Dress for the weather.  Bring food and drinks.  Restrooms along the way.
