Hi Folks!
 
This morning I found an out-of-range Black-capped Chickadee in the Perryman  
area of Harford County.  This location is on the Coastal Plain and well  away 
from any breeding population.  It was feeding on plants in a field of  
waist-deep forbs that had the usual wintering White-crowned Sparrows.   
Identification was by voice and extensive white on the primary coverts.
