Just some misc. observations worth noting:

On Friday around noon just outside of Centreville near the pond on #213, I
found 2 Red Shouldered Hawks sitting on 2 consecutive road signs, about 150
feet apart. I pulled to the side of the road and watched for a minute or so
and then one flew to sit beside the other. The "couple" lasted about a
minute until one flew off to the ground (not hunting). Then I had to leave.

This morning I had a Catbird under a feeder and I watched as it ate a couple
of sunflower seeds.

A "V" of 45 Tundra Swans flew over the house around 3:00 heading toward the
Bay.
