The birdjam software strips the human voice intros from each bird song/call. It also arranges them into playlists by habitat, type of bird, etc. I am sure someone with enough time and a proper set of MP3 burning and editing software could do this themselves, but birdjam does it in a few minutes, automatically.
So the 99 bucks buys you convenience and speed.
