   Yesterday I visited Piney Run Park in the afternoon. The lake is at least three quarters frozen over but most of the waterfowl have remained.

Canada Goose  300
Greylag Goose  4, white to pale gray. A passing dog-walker asked me if they were Snow Geese.

   In the evening I visited Liberty Lake at Oakland Road where the water is completely open.
