Hi MD,

This morning (Sat., 1/12), I found a Northern Shrike at Finzel Swamp in Garrett Co.  I got a couple digiscoped shots that should at least confirm the ID as a shrike.  The bird was in bare trees in the swamp itself to the north of the last bridge as you walk from the parking lot towards the fields beyond the swamp.
