As much as I enjoy this discussion, this topic is not appropriate for this

I am not sure where you came up with Eastern Red Damsel as a new find, 
although we did find several new county records this year. Duckweed Firetail 
on the other hand was the new state record. Found a month later and just a 
few yards from the first state record of Furtive Forktail.

175) Telebasis byersi Westfall, 1957 -- Duckweed Firetail -- recorded in 
2007 in Worcester County -- ponds

169) Ischnura prognata (Hagen, 1861-- Furtive Forktail -- rare -- first 
found in Maryland in 2007 -- Slow to still moving shaded water -- 
recorded from Co, Wi & Wo Counties
